Stationery
With paper-products that speak to your Essence, we use beautiful acid-free, heavyweight cotton paper. Made with 100% cotton fiber our stationery is packaged with vellum and cardboard mailers.

Order Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your order summary and order number.
To ensure the quality of our candles, they are created in small batches. Your order ships out with USPS within 2-5 workdays after you've placed your order. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Gift Cards

Delivery Time
All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. According to the USPS website, delivery time is typically between 1-3 business days.
Samples
Most samples ship in 2-3 business days. All samples shipped to the U.S. Contiguous states include free shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
Affirmation Cards
Affirmation cards currently have an estimated 2-3 day processing time, although we try to ship same-day wherever possible.

Always made in small batches to ensure freshness, our candles and Goddess Waters are made in small quantities. They currently have an estimated 5-10 day processing time, although we try to ship same-day wherever possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing
We are sorry to hear that! Please let us know what you ordered and what you received in its place.
Missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the package.
Returns and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Do not return your order until you have received instructions to do so.
Cancel Order
We understand that unexpected circumstances sometimes arise after placing your order. We ask that you contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
